The weekend of October 4th saw the announcement of two newborns to two Country artists. One singer has a fondness for girls in little white tank tops and the other has showered blessings on the Lone Star state. Any idea who they are?
Well, it was Dierks Bentley (whose debut hit, "What Was I Thinkin" centred on a female in a white tank top) and Brady Seals, formerly of Little Texas ("God Blessed Texas").
Dierks and wife Cassidy decided to name their new daughter Evalyn "Evie" Day Bentley. The Evalyn part relates to a maternal grandmother and Day was chosen because it is a "hopeful word".
Meanwhile, Brady announced the birth of a son, Evan James. Brady has been part of the group Hot Apple Pie following a solo career which began after he left Little Texas a number of years ago.
