At the moment I am sitting listening to the ‘Not the Poets and Pirates tour’ I’m very impressed, almost as good as the real thing, if not better! Although it is not quite the same as the live experience there are a few good things to be said for being able to listen to it in the comfort of my own home: The fact that I don’t have a panda style tan from sitting in the stadium sun all day and wearing my sun glasses is a positive and I don’t have a really drunk couple behind me, spilling beer on me every time a song they recognise comes on. Hat’s off to Pat for having the Idea.

Well next week is my turn with Jason Mathews coming into the studio. I can’t wait he has told us that he is bringing in his guitar and is going to crank out a few tunes for me. Brilliant! Love the live music stuff, one man and a guitar can just be as good if not better that a full band if you ask me.
