Just when her fans thought she was getting back on her feet after several years of legal and personal troubles, Mindy McCready is having difficulties once again...
Her PR people have confirmed that Mindy received treatment at the emergency room of Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville on the evening of July 16th. The reason for the emergency medical attention has not been revealed.
However, after being treated and released, Mindy was then reported to be an in-patient at another out-of-state medical facility. Her PR spokesman says, "Other issues made it prudent for her to seek longer term and broader based treatment." The singer is reported to be in an "extended care" facility for treatment of unspecified physical and/or mental disorders.
