Taylor Swift's mailbox was home to a document most people her age are handed in person.
The document in question? Her high school diploma. Since the singer is currently on the road with Rascal Flatts, she missed the opportunity to walk on stage at her high school in cap and gown. But Taylor isn't playing the victim...she realises how lucky she is, with her album topping three million in sales and a new project due out later this year.
Although Taylor attended high school in person for her freshman and sophomore years, her burgeoning career necessitated home schooling for her junior and senior years. So she transferred to the home schooling section of Aaron Academy, a Christian high school in her home town of Hendersonville, in the greater Nashville area.
