Gretchen Wilson and John Rich may soon find themselves in court after being sued by rock group the Black Crowes.
The Crowes allege that Gretchen's new song, "Work Hard, Play Harder", which she co-wrote with John and Vicky McGehee, incorporates part of their 1991 composition, "Jealous Again".
Gretchen's song is expected to be on her next album, "I Got Your Country Right Here", and has already been used on US TV series, "Saving Grace".
Spokesmen for Gretchen and John have refused to comment on the lawsuit.
