Alan Jackson has announced his next album will be called "Freight Train". The project, due out March 30th, will include current single, "It's Just That Way". Twelve songs are included in total, with Alan writing or co-writing eight of those.
Lee Ann Womack joins Alan for a reprise of the Vern Gosdin/Janie Fricke 1977 hit, "Til the End". Bluegrass superstar Rhonda Vincent also appears on three of the songs.
Alan's record label, Arista Nashville, has high hopes for the current single and upcoming album after Alan's recent single, "I Still Like Bologna", proved a disaster in the charts.
