Country veteran Jo Dee Messina and newcomer Julianne Hough both have a date with the doctor, but their "complaints" couldn't be more different.
Jo Dee will be getting some medical attention in roughly 90 days, when she expects to give birth to her first child. Jo Dee tells People magazine that she and hubby Chris Deffenbaugh are looking forward to the arrival of a little boy.
"We knew we wanted to have kids, but we just said, 'Whenever it happens, it happens. And it happened!" she explained. "We were both surprised at first, as it's such a lifestyle change. But then we're like, 'Wow, we're going to be parents!"
Meanwhile, Julianne, who has been plagued with stomach pains on and off for the last five years, had her appendix removed on October 28th. She had been doubled over with pain after taping the last episode of "Dancing with the Stars", and was rushed to hospital. Doctors found a ruptured cyst on an ovary.
The Tennessean newspaper reports Julianne is bouncing back quickly and is expected to miss only one installment of the top-rated series.
