Rock musician Jerry Montano, who was the alleged victim of an assault by John Rich at 4 am in a hotel room, is now claiming that John "accidentally" hit Montano over the head with a bottle.
Apparently. John had been involved in ANOTHER physical altercation in a bar the night before. Montano says John was drunk in his hotel room the next night and was "still angry about being hit the previous night, so he started throwing things around."
As Montano now explains it, he was trying to leave John's hotel room when he accidentally "turned into" a glass object that John was "swinging around" the room, resulting in physical injury.
Uh-huh......
